Growth Infrastructure Method
The Growth Infrastructure Method (GIM) is the design system underneath every Imperium Growth Partners engagement. Five architectural principles, tool-agnostic by design, that survive the next AI tool cycle. It was developed across three years and three live builds before being productised for outside clients.

The Two-Track Model is the structural choice every Imperium Growth Partners client makes at the start of an engagement. Track A is Client-Owned Infrastructure (every account in your name from day one). Track B is Turnkey Managed Infrastructure (we register and run everything; the Transfer Guarantee covers migration to your accounts when you are ready).

The Transfer Guarantee is one of eight contract guarantees Imperium Growth Partners signs into every engagement. A flat migration fee, agreed at kickoff, moves every account, asset, and integration from IGP's infrastructure to the client's own accounts. Thirty days of handover support is included. The client is never trapped, regardless of which Track they chose.

The 90-Day Pipeline Guarantee is the lead-volume commitment Imperium Growth Partners signs into every engagement. An agreed lead number, written into the contract at kickoff, must land in the client's calendar by day 90. If we miss it, the monthly retainer pauses and IGP keeps operating at our cost until the number lands.

The Growth Readiness Scorecard is Imperium Growth Partners' 13-question diagnostic for solo experts. It scores readiness across the five phases of an IGP engagement (scaling product, positioning, infrastructure, launch, operation) and matches the prospect to the correct tier. The scorecard takes three minutes and produces a personalised report.

Done-with-you is Imperium Growth Partners' operating frame. The opposite of done-for-you (where the agency does the work and holds the keys) and done-to-you (where a consultant hands you a plan and walks). Done-with-you means IGP builds the system on your accounts, with you in the loop, and trains you to run it solo by month 12.

An operator is the person who designs and runs your growth system directly, on your accounts, with no agency layer between you and the work. Imperium Growth Partners operates this model: Jan Potgieter is the operator on the account, not an account manager. The operator model is the structural inverse of the agency model.
