What's actually in the 90-Day Sprint?

Month 1: we capture your voice, processes, knowledge, and IP. We build the Digital Brain and diagnose which three projects will produce the highest ROI. Months 2 to 3: we build those three projects — from growth menus (website, content engine, scorecard, prospecting, ads) or operational menus (proposal automation, compliance, reporting, knowledge base, process-specific AI tools) or a mix of both. Every Sprint looks different because every business is different. At day 90 you get a performance dashboard and choose your next step.

What is the difference between the Sprint and Ongoing Operation?

Imperium Growth Partners works in two phases. The 90-Day Sprint is a fixed-fee, fixed-timeline engagement: diagnose, build, launch, and measure. At day 90, if you want IGP to keep running the system, you move to Ongoing Operation: month-to-month after a 3-month initial commitment. Standard Operation covers content, prospecting, ads, and reporting. Strategic Operation adds deeper strategy, priority access, and advanced analytics. Or you take a self-run handover and keep everything.

How much does IGP cost?

Imperium Growth Partners works in two phases. The 90-Day Sprint is $10,000 / R165,000 flat fee. Ongoing Operation after the sprint is $3,000 / R50,000 per month (Standard) or $5,000 / R83,000 per month (Strategic). On top of that, you pay third-party subscriptions directly ($300–400 / R5,000–6,600 per month) and fund your own ad spend (minimum $300 / R5,000 per month recommended). Sprint fee rises as capacity fills.

How much of my time does this actually take?

About 20 hours total over the 90-Day Sprint. Week 1 is the heaviest: 8 hours for discovery, voice capture, and account setup. Weeks 2 to 4: 2 hours each for approvals. After go-live: a 15-minute weekly check-in plus content approvals. Your time on the work itself does not change. That is the whole point.

Do I have to do the voice capture?

Yes. It is the single most important hour of the engagement. Sixty to ninety minutes of you talking into a recorder, across a set of prompts, on your own. No interviewer, no camera, no performance. That raw audio is what makes the content sound like you instead of like a marketing template. Skip it and the content is generic. Do it and clients cannot tell the difference between your writing and the engine's output.

What's the guarantee?

The 90-Day Pipeline Guarantee: an agreed lead volume by day 90 or Imperium Growth Partners continues operating the engine at zero cost until we hit it. Volume is agreed in writing at kickoff based on your business, ad spend, and market. If the numbers do not land, the cost falls on us, not you. Your sprint fee covers the build regardless of outcome.

What happens at the end of the 90-Day Sprint?

At day 90 you have three options. One: IGP continues running the system for you under Ongoing Operation ($3,000 or $5,000 per month). Two: you take a self-run handover for a flat $1,500 fee — full SOPs, training, and 30 days of email support. Three: you walk away and keep everything. It is your system, your accounts, your data. Most clients choose option one because they do not want to become an AI operator. They want to stay in their craft.

What if I want to leave?

After the 3-month initial commitment on Ongoing Operation, every engagement rolls to month-to-month with 30 days notice. You own everything from day one: revoke our access and keep running. If you want a formal handover, the Transfer Guarantee covers it: documented SOPs, a training session, and 30 days of email support for a flat $1,500 / R25,000 fee. No lock-ins.
