How it works

Thirty days to live. Compounding thereafter.

Every engagement moves through five phases. By day 30 the engine is producing, distributing, and nurturing. Month-on-month it gets better, because your content trains on every piece you approve and your ads learn from every click.

The engagement arc

Five phases. Every tier. Varying depth.

01

Scaling product design

We open with one question: what's the scaling product you've been wanting to build but haven't? Group program, workshop, course, retreat, membership, productised service. The answer becomes the spine of the work. Everything we build after this serves the product we just designed.

02

Positioning

Who you serve. What you charge. How you differ. Your voice and character, captured in prose we can hand to every asset in the system. We use a five-block voice framework, grounded in your own recordings, so the engine doesn't invent a version of you that isn't you.

03

Infrastructure

Website · scorecard · content engine · prospecting agent · Meta ads. One connected machine. The scorecard qualifies. The content nurtures. The agent closes the discovery call. The ads feed the top of the funnel. You stay in the clinical or consulting work.

04

Launch

A soft launch at week four, when the engine goes live. First ads running, first content published, first scorecard submissions flowing. Later, when you have a new scaling product to announce, we run Mass Control. A launch framework designed to move a cohort, not a single lead.

05

Ongoing operation

We run the machine. Monthly content at your cadence. Ads tuned to performance. Monthly reporting. Quarterly strategy sessions (monthly at Signature). Your job is to stay in your craft and approve what we publish.

Three tiers

Pick the depth that fits where you are.

Any setup fee you pay applies in full as credit toward any higher tier, at any time. No time limit. Start small, move up when the engine proves.

Foundation

For early-career practices laying the groundwork

Lowest investment band
3-month minimum
  • ·One scaling product identified and architected (you execute the build)
  • ·1-page positioning document and ICP definition
  • ·5-page website · branded scorecard · email platform · booking
  • ·2 pillar content pieces a month
  • ·Scorecard nurture · monthly automated performance report
ROI math: For most practices, one new client a quarter returns the full annual investment.
Client-Owned infrastructure. Default and only option at this tier.
Sweet spot

Growth Engine

The sweet spot. Where most clients land.

Mid investment band
3-month minimum
  • ·One scaling product designed AND co-executed to launch
  • ·Full positioning · voice capture · continuous refinement
  • ·7-page website · scorecard with personalised result pages
  • ·4 pillar pieces a month · email + WhatsApp prospecting agent
  • ·Active Meta ads management · quarterly strategy with Jan
  • ·One full Mass Control launch sequence per year
ROI math: One new Growth-Engine-sourced client per quarter typically returns 3 to 5x the annual investment.
Client-Owned or Turnkey Managed. You choose.

Signature

For authorities scaling beyond billable hours

Top investment band
12-month minimum
  • ·Four scaling products designed and executed per year
  • ·Monthly strategy with Jan · direct Slack or WhatsApp access
  • ·Full Mass Control launch per year · launch support on all four products
  • ·Quarterly offer refresh · priority queue · dedicated VPS available
ROI math: Two to four scaling-product launches per year, each engineered to return the engagement cost in a single cohort.
Turnkey Managed infrastructure. Included.

Pricing is not published on this site. You get exact numbers the moment you complete the scorecard or request a proposal. Matched to your country, your tier, and your chosen track.

Two tracks

Client-Owned or Turnkey. Your call.

Track A · Client-Owned

Everything runs on accounts in your name. Your domain, your Meta Business Manager, your email platform, your AI subscriptions. You pay vendors directly. We operate as users.

Cleanest path for regulated professionals. You can revoke our access at any time and keep running.

Track B · Turnkey Managed

We register and run everything. One invoice each month covers retainer plus infrastructure. You do nothing but approve content.

Transfer Guarantee in every contract: a flat fee to migrate everything back to your own accounts, with 30 days of handover support. You are never trapped.

Every tier, every engagement

The Guarantee Stack. Eight commitments we sign into every contract.

Five have been foundational from day one. Three were added after the 2026-04-23 panel re-audit. Together they put the risk of a bad engagement on us, not you.

90-Day Pipeline Guarantee

Agreed lead volume by day 90 or we work free on retainer until we hit it.

30-Day Go-Live Guarantee

Fully operational system within 30 days of kickoff or we refund the setup difference pro-rata. Internal ceiling of two kickoffs a week is what lets us stand behind this.

Voice Fidelity Guarantee

Every published piece scores at or above the agreed threshold against your Voice Profile. If it doesn't, we kill the piece, correct, and credit the retainer proportionally.

Operator Contact Guarantee

Direct-to-Jan response windows: Signature 2 hours, Growth Engine 24 hours, Foundation 48 hours. On working days. Replaces the account-manager tier with a measurable commitment.

Asset Ownership Guarantee

Everything we build is yours from day one. Track A explicitly. Track B transferable under the Transfer Guarantee.

Transfer Guarantee

A flat migration fee at any time moves everything to your own accounts. 30 days of handover included.

Voice Protection Guarantee

Nothing publishes without your sign-off. If we ever publish unapproved, we kill it, correct it, and credit that month's retainer.

Month-to-Month After Minimum

After your minimum term, roll to month-to-month with 30 days notice. No annual lock-in traps.

How we work

And above everything, the five promises.

These sit above every scope list. They are the operating system of the relationship.

  1. 01

We build it. We run it.

No account managers in the way. You talk straight to Jan and his team.

  2. 02

    It sounds like you.

Your content engine is trained on your voice, your stories, your method. Not a generic template.

  3. 03

Every word is shaped by real dealmaking.

Twenty years of negotiation practice in every line. We call it negotiation-grade persuasion. You get copy that closes the reader, not copy that decorates the page.

  4. 04

Nothing goes live without your yes.

Every piece waits for your review. Your name, your call.

  5. 05

You own it from day one.

Your domain. Your ad account. Your email list. Walk away any time and keep it all.

Answered

The questions that come up most.

Every tier choice, every time commitment, every guarantee, answered directly. If yours isn't here, write to [email protected].

What's actually in the 30-day build?
Week 1: kickoff discovery, scaling product design, positioning, voice capture, accounts set up. Week 2: website deployed, scorecard drafted, email platform configured, content engine trained on your recorded voice. Week 3: scorecard live, first content pieces approved, ad creative drafted, Meta configured. Week 4: soft launch. Ads running, first content publishing, scorecard submissions flowing, go-live declared. Fully operational in 30 days. Compounding improvement thereafter.
What's the difference between Foundation, Growth Engine, and Signature?
Foundation is for early-career practices: one scaling product architected (you execute), 5-page site, branded scorecard, 2 content pieces a month, 3-month minimum. Growth Engine is the sweet spot: one scaling product designed AND co-executed, 7-page site, 4 content pieces a month, active ads management, quarterly strategy with Jan. Signature is for authorities: four scaling products a year, monthly strategy, full Mass Control launches, priority queue, 12-month engagement.
Track A or Track B: which one should I choose?
Track A (Client-Owned) is the default. Every account runs in your name, you pay vendors directly, IGP operates as a user. Cleanest for regulated professionals and anyone who wants zero captivity risk. Track B (Turnkey Managed) is for clients who want one invoice and zero operational exposure. IGP registers and runs the infrastructure, backed by the Transfer Guarantee. Foundation is Track A only. Signature is Track B only. Growth Engine is either.
How much of my time does this actually take?
Fourteen hours total over the four-week build. Week 1: 8 hours (2-hour discovery, voice capture, account setup). Weeks 2 to 4: 2 hours each for approvals. Post-launch: under 2 hours a week for content approvals and one monthly strategy review. Your time on the craft itself doesn't change. This is the whole point.
What's the guarantee?
The 90-Day Pipeline Guarantee: an agreed lead volume by day 90 or we continue operating the engine at zero retainer until we hit it. Volume is agreed in writing at kickoff based on your scaling product, ad spend, and market. If the numbers don't land the retainer carry falls on us, not you. Your setup fee covers the build regardless of outcome.
Is pricing in ZAR or USD?
ZAR for South African prospects, USD for every other country. Determined at intake by your country. One currency per engagement, never both on the same SOW. If you're in South Africa serving international clients, you invoice them however you currently do. IGP invoices you in ZAR.
What if I want to leave?
After the minimum term (3 months Foundation or Growth Engine, 12 months Signature) every engagement rolls to month-to-month with 30 days' notice. Under Track A you revoke our access and keep running. Under Track B the Transfer Guarantee kicks in. A flat migration fee moves infrastructure to accounts in your name, with 30 days of handover support. You are never locked in. No annual renewal traps.
