The Transfer Guarantee exists because most agency engagements end badly. The client wants to leave; the agency holds the domain, the ad account, the email list, and the data. Migration becomes a six-month negotiation. The client either pays a ransom or starts over.
IGP refuses this default. Every contract includes a Transfer Guarantee with three explicit terms. One: the handover is free at month 12 (the Support Arc has already done the transfer work) or a flat $1,500 at any time before that. No surprise pricing. No hourly billing. Two: every account, asset, and system transfers. Domain, hosting, email platform, ads accounts, Digital Brain, content library, data exports, source code. Everything is already in the client's name from day one. Three: thirty days of email support is included. Questions about operating the system are answered directly.
The guarantee exists to dissolve the dependency dynamic that makes most agency relationships eventually adversarial. If the client knows they can leave at any time without penalty, the relationship stays a working partnership instead of becoming a hostage situation.
