The Transfer Guarantee exists because most agency engagements end badly. The client wants to leave; the agency holds the domain, the ad account, the email list, and the data. Migration becomes a six-month negotiation. The client either pays a ransom or starts over.
IGP refuses this default. Every contract includes a Transfer Guarantee with three explicit terms. One: a flat fee, named at kickoff, covers the migration. No surprise pricing. No hourly billing for handover. Two: every account, asset, and integration moves. Domain, hosting, email platform, ads accounts, CRM, content library, data exports, schema files, source code where applicable. Three: thirty days of handover support is included. A daily check-in window for the client (or whoever they hand the system to) to ask questions during the transition.
The Transfer Guarantee applies to both Tracks. On Track A (Client-Owned), the migration is mostly access revocation and a documentation handover. On Track B (Turnkey Managed), the migration includes the full account-by-account ownership transfer. In either case, the engagement's end is in the contract and priced before the contract is signed.
The guarantee exists to dissolve the dependency dynamic that makes most agency relationships eventually adversarial. If the client knows they can leave at any time without penalty, the relationship stays a working partnership instead of becoming a hostage situation.
