The Five Promises

Five Promises, in plain English. One: We build it with you. We run it until you can. Done with you, not for you. Not done to you. By month 12 you can run the whole engine without IGP if you choose to. Two: It sounds like you. Your content engine is trained on your voice, your stories, your method. Not a generic template. Three: Every word is shaped by real dealmaking. Twenty years of negotiation practice in every line. Four: Nothing goes live without your yes. Every piece waits for your review. Your name, your call. Five: You own it from day one. Your domain, your ad account, your email list. Walk away any time and keep it all.

The Five Promises pre-date the eight contract guarantees that operationalise them. The Promises are how IGP intends to show up. The guarantees are the legal mechanism that holds IGP to the Promises when something goes wrong.

Why five and not three or seven. Five is the smallest set that covers the four most-feared agency failures (lock-in, voice loss, unauthorised publishing, account ownership) plus the operating-mode commitment (operator, not agency). Adding promises beyond the five dilutes the focus. Removing any one breaks an essential cover.
