Have you done this for a business like mine before?

Do you only work with consultants and coaches?

No. In six months we have built brains for a negotiation consultancy, an executive coaching firm, and an industrial contractor pricing tenders at 99.7% accuracy. The method is industry-agnostic. Yes. The Digital Brain powers both growth and operations. On the growth side: websites, content engines, scorecards, prospecting, ads. Who is the Transformation Blueprint for?

The Transformation Blueprint by Imperium Growth Partners is for business owners who know they need to move to digital but are not ready to commit $10,000 to a full build. If you want a written plan before you invest in the build, the Blueprint gives you that. Two Zoom sessions with Jan, a 15–20 page PDF, and a 90-day roadmap you can act on immediately — with or without IGP.

What is the difference between the Blueprint and the Sprint?

The Blueprint ($497) is the plan: what to build, in what order, and why. The Sprint ($10,000) is the build: Jan captures your voice and knowledge, builds the Digital Brain, and delivers three live systems in 90 days. The Blueprint is standalone — you can act on it yourself or hand it to any contractor. If you decide to commission the Sprint, the $497 comes off the fee within 90 days of Blueprint delivery.

What's actually in the 90-Day Sprint?

Month 1: we capture your voice, processes, knowledge, and IP. We build the Digital Brain and diagnose which three projects will produce the highest ROI. Months 2 to 3: we build those three projects, from growth menus (website, content engine, scorecard, prospecting, ads) or operational menus (proposal automation, compliance, reporting, knowledge base, process-specific AI tools) or a mix of both. Every Sprint looks different because every business is different. At day 90 you get a performance dashboard and choose your next step.

What is the difference between the Sprint and the Support Arc?

Imperium Growth Partners works in two phases. The 90-Day Sprint is a fixed-fee, fixed-timeline engagement: diagnose, build, launch, and measure. From day 90 the Support Arc takes over and steps down by design: two months of Stabilise & Transfer at $2,000 per month while we tune the live system and train your operator, then six months of Maintain & Advise at $1,000 per month while you run it and we keep it sharp. Every phase has a written bill of work. At month 12 you continue on maintenance, take the handover free, or commission the next build. Owners who want zero involvement can opt into Full Operation at $3,000 per month instead.

How much does IGP cost?

Imperium Growth Partners' 90-Day Sprint is $10,000 flat fee. After the sprint, support steps down on a written schedule: $2,000 per month for two months (Stabilise & Transfer), then $1,000 per month for six months (Maintain & Advise), then your call: continue, take the free handover, or build next. Full Operation, where IGP runs everything, is an opt-in at $3,000 per month (or $5,000 Strategic). You pay third-party subscriptions directly ($300–400 per month) and fund your own ad spend where ads are in scope. Sprint fee rises as capacity fills.

How much of my time does this actually take?

About 20 hours total over the 90-Day Sprint. Week 1 is the heaviest: 8 hours for discovery, voice capture, and account setup. Weeks 2 to 4: 2 hours each for approvals. After go-live: a 15-minute weekly check-in plus content approvals. Your time on the work itself does not change. That is the whole point.

Do I have to do the voice capture?

Yes. It is the single most important hour of the engagement. Sixty to ninety minutes of you talking into a recorder, across a set of prompts, on your own. No interviewer, no camera, no performance. That raw audio is what makes the content sound like you instead of like a marketing template. Skip it and the content is generic. Do it and clients cannot tell the difference between your writing and the engine's output.

What's the guarantee?

The Delivery Guarantee: your Digital Brain is live by day 30 and all three systems are live by day 90, each meeting a written acceptance spec agreed at kickoff, or Imperium Growth Partners keeps building at zero cost until they do. We deliberately do not guarantee lead volume. That depends on your market, your offer, and your ad spend: inputs nobody outside your business controls, and anyone who guarantees them is pricing the lie into their fee. We guarantee the machine: built, live, to spec, owned by you.

What happens at the end of the 90-Day Sprint?

At day 90 the Support Arc starts by default: two months at $2,000 per month while IGP stabilises the live system and trains your operator, then six months at $1,000 per month while you run it and IGP keeps it sharp. At month 12 you choose: continue maintenance at $1,000 rolling, take the full handover free, or commission the next three builds. Owners who never want to touch the system can opt into Full Operation at $3,000 per month instead. Either way it is your system, your accounts, your data.

What if I want to leave?

Every IGP engagement is cancellable with 30 days' notice: the Support Arc at any point, Full Operation after its 3-month initial commitment. You own everything from day one: revoke our access and keep running. A formal handover (documented SOPs, recorded training, and 30 days of email support) is free at month 12, or a flat $1,500 before that. No lock-ins. No annual renewal traps.
