For the second act

You built one career.
You are building the next one.

The expertise is not in question. Twenty or thirty years of it sits in your head, your hands, and your reputation. What is missing is the infrastructure underneath the offer you are launching now.

We build that infrastructure with you. You own it from day one.

What we build

The full back-office stack for a second-act practice.

  • A website built around the new offer. Not a refurbished version of your old one. A fresh positioning, in your voice, on a domain you own.
  • A scorecard that qualifies your audience for you. So you only have first calls with people who fit.
  • A content engine trained on your voice. It drafts. You approve. Nothing publishes without your yes.
  • A prospecting agent that writes to fit-clients. You decide who is on the list. The agent handles outreach in your voice.
  • Email marketing on your own list. If you have one already, we move it. If you do not, we build it from your first scorecard submissions.
  • Booking, calendar, inbox triage. One place. One operator on the line. We do the work; you stay in your craft.

How we work with you

We treat you as the expert you are.

No re-introduction to your own field. No suggestions that you should "build your personal brand" from zero. No frameworks that pretend you are starting fresh.

You are not starting fresh. You are starting from a base that most experts never build. The work is to translate that base into the language and infrastructure of the new offer. That is what we do.

Done with you, not for you. We build on your accounts. We log in as users. By month twelve you can run the engine yourself if you choose to. Most clients keep us on. Some take it over. Both are fine.

Answered

Questions Linda-audience clients ask.

If yours is not here, write to [email protected]. The first email tells you whether it is a fit.

Is this for someone who has just left a long career?
Yes. The Next Chapter track is built for experts who spent ten, twenty, or thirty years building one practice and are now starting something new. A hair-salon owner closing the salon to launch a fashion-coaching brand. A senior corporate consultant going independent. A retiring lawyer launching a mediation practice. The expertise is not in question. The infrastructure for the new offer is.
I am not a tech person. Will this work for me?
Yes. Done-with-you means we build the system on your accounts and operate it for you. You do not need to learn Hostinger, Mailerlite, Apollo, or Cal.com. We log in as users on accounts you own. Over the first twelve months we teach you the parts you want to learn. The parts you do not want to learn, we keep operating.
I have a list, an audience, and a website from my previous business. What happens to it?
Most of it migrates. Your list moves to a clean email platform on your domain. Your audience continues; we re-engage them with content that introduces the new offer in your voice. Your website is rebuilt around the new positioning, with the relevant pieces from the old site preserved where they make sense. Nothing is lost. Most things get sharper.
How is this different from what other agencies offer?
Three differences. One: the operator does the work, not an account manager. You talk to Jan directly. Two: every account is in your name from day one. We do not hold the keys. Three: the engagement is designed to phase out. By month twelve you can run the engine yourself if you choose to. Most agencies design for ongoing dependency. We design for skill transfer.
How long until something is live?
Thirty days from kickoff. Inside those thirty days: positioning captured, scaling product designed, website built, scorecard live, content engine trained on your voice. By day thirty the system is producing. Between day thirty and day ninety the audience starts arriving. The 90-Day Pipeline Guarantee underwrites the lead volume.

Three minutes. A personalised report. The first move that will move your next chapter forward.
